How to prepare Flattened Rice Laddu Recipe | Poha / Aval / Atukula Ladoo

Ingredients:

Poha/Flattened Rice – 1 cup
Jaggery – 1 cup
Ghee – 3-4 tablespoons
Cardamom powder – ¼ tablespoon
Dry fruits(cashew, raisins, almonds etc) – few

Flattened Rice Laddu Recipe | Poha / Aval / Atukula Ladoo preparation method:

1. Dry roast flattened rice in an empty pan for 2-3 minutes until they becomes crisp.

2. Then, blend roasted flattend rice like a fine powder. Then, add jaggery to this and blend it well again until they both mix well.

3. Take it into a bowl. Then, add fried dry fruits and heated ghee. Now prepare ladoos by using your hand in a round shape.

4. Now the delicious and tasty Flattened rice laddoes are ready to serve.

Tips and tricks to make Flattened Rice Laddu Recipe | Poha / Aval / Atukula Ladoo

1. You can also mix 2-3 tablespoons of milk while preparing laddos.

2. Jaggery is good to prepare this recipe. You can also replace jaggery with sugar also well.

3. You can also use red poha to prepare this recipe.

4. You can also add dry coconut powder to this recipe.
