How to make Kaju Katli Recipe | Cashew Nut Barfi | Burfi

Ingredients to make Kaju Katli Recipe:

Cashew nuts / Kaju – 1 cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Ghee to grease plate

Kaju Katli Recipe | Cashew Nut Barfi | Burfi preparation method:

1. Take a mixer jar and add cashew nuts and finely powder them. Keep it aside.

2. Grease a plate with ghee and keep it aside.

3. Heat a pan with sugar and 3-4 tablespoons of water in a low flame.

4. When the sugar dissolves in water, add the cashew nut powder and stir it well.

5. Stir it continuously until it leaves the pan and come together.

6. Transfer the content into ghee greased plate. Wait for a minute until your hands can handle hotness. Take content and knead it like chapati dough.

7. Then, place butter paper on top of it and roll it using the rolling pin to the required thickness.

8. Then, remove butter paper and wait until it becomes completely cool.

9. Now chop them into required size pieces and serve.

10. Take them into a serving plate and serve fresh Kaju Katli Recipe.
