How to prepare Sabudana Chivda Recipe | Sago Chiwda Mixture

Ingredients to make Sabudana Chivda Recipe:

Sabudana – 2-3 cups or as required
Peanuts – ¼ cup
Curry leaves – ½ cup
Salt as required
Red chili powder as required
Cumin seeds – ½ tablespoon
Garlic cloves – 1-2
Oil as required

Sabudana Chivda Recipe | Sago Chiwda Mixture preparation method:

1. Take a blend add 2 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons red chili powder, ¼ tablespoon cumin seeds and 1 or 2 peeled garlic cloves. Blend it well and keep it aside.

2. Heat a pan with oil for deep fry. When oil heated, take Sabudana frying pan if available. Place it in heated oil, then fry some Sabudana in oil and take them out from the oil and place them on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

3. Fry all Sabudana in heated oil. Oil must be hot, don’t make flame to simmer. Sabudana needs to fry fully. It will nicely puff after fry. Check one sabudana by crushing it after fry.

4. In the same oil, fry peanuts and curly leaves.

5. Take a mixing bowl, add fried Sabudana, fried peanuts, fried curry leaves and above-blended salt and red chili powder as required. Mix it well. When it becomes cool store it an airtight container.
